Hey folks,

Welcome to this blog. This blog is based around Magic: The Gathering. A trading card game that started in 1993. I'm not going to explain the whole history here today. Maybe later, but for now I'll hook you up with a wiki link.

This blog will fill up with my personal expierences playing Magic, some cards I find fascinating, maybe if I can rope them in, some other players who can give their opinions. I might just even add some information about a specific effect that I find cool.

What I'm not going to do, is post decklists. I enjoy reading the Magic websites, getting up to speed with how the design team works, but deck lists don't interest me because I don't have a large knowledge pool yet.

That's pretty much it. My next article will be about my first experience at an official event, namely  a pre-release.
